Earth School is a satirical educational experience operated by MoonCo, LLC (“MoonCo”, “we”, “us”), trading as Earth School. By purchasing, accessing, or using Earth School courses, materials, or the website at earthschool.space (the “Service”), you enter into an agreement with MoonCo, LLC.

By continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, where you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

Earth School provides digital course content, live and recorded sessions, community access, and related materials, as described on the relevant purchase page. Earth School is a work of satire. It is not an accredited institution and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, immigration, or residency services, and its credentials carry no academic or governmental standing.

You must provide accurate information at purchase and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for all activity occurring under your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course materials you have purchased, for your own personal or internal use, within the plan you selected. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or abusive conduct toward staff or other students;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping content.

MoonCo, LLC retains all right, title, and interest in the Service and its intellectual property, including course content, software, documentation, branding, seals, and marks. You grant us a limited licence to host and process any content you submit solely to provide the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Sessions, schedules, and materials may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Products are sold by MoonCo, LLC. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we do not receive or store your full card details. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where required.

Billing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are set out in our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. On termination, your right to access the materials ends; we will provide a reasonable window to download content you have already purchased where practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify MoonCo, LLC against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
