Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your Earth School course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No lengthy justification is required, though we read every note we receive.
How to request a refund
Orders are sold by MoonCo, LLC, with payments processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund, email amoon@imoonco.com with your order details (the email used at checkout and the date of purchase) and we will take care of it.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes a few business days to appear after we issue the refund.
Donations
Voluntary donations are gratefully received and are not course purchases. If a donation was made in error or in the wrong amount, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a refund.
