Earth School is operated by MoonCo, LLC (trading as Earth School). MoonCo, LLC is the data controller for personal data described in this notice, meaning we decide why and how it is processed. Contact: amoon@imoonco.com.

• Identity and contact data (name, email address) — to create and administer your enrollment, deliver course access, and respond to you. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Order data (item purchased, amount, currency, transaction reference) — to record your purchase and provide support. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Support messages — to answer questions and improve the course. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage and technical data (device identifiers, IP address, pages viewed, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — where you opt in, to send updates about Earth School. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by us; they are handled directly by our payment provider.

• Payment processor — Stripe, Inc., for payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation, and refunds. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: enrollment and support records for the duration of your access plus a reasonable period afterwards, and transaction records for as long as required by tax and accounting law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data outside your country. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricting access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
